Terms of Service for Circular Austin

By accessing and using the services provided by Circular Austin, a website owned and operated by Circular Route Inc (referred to as “Circular Austin,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our pickup, delivery, recycling, donation, repair, resale, and return services (collectively referred to as “Services”). If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Circular Austin provides a range of Services, including but not limited to, doorstep pickups of various household goods for reuse, donation, and recycling. Our services are designed to simplify and enhance your experience with transporting, recycling, donating, and sustainably managing your unwanted or damaged household items.
You agree to pay the pickup fees associated with the Services you select. Customers may cancel pickup requests at any time. For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup date. Refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the pickup date are subject to full amount deductions.
Circular Austin reserves the right not to provide pickup services for items that are not specified in the list of items we accept. We arrange a pickup based on the information provided by the customer. We reserve the right to adjust the quote/price if the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.
5. User Conduct
Users are expected to accurately describe items for pickup, ensure they are eligible for the selected service, and comply with any instructions provided by Circular Austin. Users are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, misrepresentation, harassment, or any illegal behavior while using our Services.
6. Collection of Information
To perform our Services, we may collect your contact information and pickup address. We do not share your information with any third party except for our drivers and vetted partners who are contracted by us to perform the service.
7. Payment Security
All transactions are processed through a secure payment processor, Stripe. We do not save or store your credit card information.
8. Termination
Circular Austin reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services for any reason, including violations of these Terms of Service or inappropriate conduct. Users may also terminate their use of our Services at any time.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By continuing to use our Services after any changes, you acknowledge and agree to the modified terms.
